Happy Pride! Whether you’re a part of the LGBTQ+ community or a friend, this is a great month to learn more, advocate, and celebrate all things Pride!

In this week’s highlighted question, this woman touched on something I hear so often:

I think Im bisexual, but I have no interest in pursuing girls ever. Is that okay?”

Here’s my response: Of course that’s okay.

You don’t have to pursue anyone if you don’t want to or don’t feel like it. If someone tells you you should, examine their motives. Trust me: you don’t have to do anything you don’t want to.

And know that your feelings may change. Tomorrow, or a few months from now, or years from now you might change your mind and want to pursue other women. That’s totally fine too. You get to decide what’s best for you. No one else.

Brava to the person who asked this question and to anyone inquiring about this. It’s so important to celebrate the spectrum of sexuality and embrace that all identities and preferences are valid. 🌈

Lanae

P.S. This month, I’m hosting a new online program CURED to help men dealing with erectile dysfunction. Get all the information in here.
