sex & relationship coaching for a fabulous new year

During the week between Christmas and New Year’s Day, I try to take it easy. Mostly because I feel a lot like this hamster the other 51 weeks of the year.

So during this pause, there’s a ritual I do, and I’m going to share it with you too because it helps my clients feel a little more centered so they can focus on bringing in more of what they want (and less of what they don’t want) into their lives. And the cool thing is, it’s only three questions.

(these are the types of questions I ask my clients all the time).

When you think back on your relationships in 2021:

  • What do you want to say “yes” to in 2022?
  • Conversely, what do you want to say “no” to?
  • For 2022, what are you striving for: more intimacy, more connection, or more freedom from shame or guilt?

Consider what you can add to your yes and no columns for a few minutes.

I know this might not be easy, especially if focusing on this area is a little foreign, so let’s schedule a discovery call if you want help making these tangible and attainable. I’d love to coach you through these potentially groundbreaking goals. I’m excited to help you set up 2022 to make it a fabulous new year where you look back and have so many more yesses on your list.
